It’s in a newly renovated brownstone,
a 5-story walk-up. It says it features colorful, sunny dorm style rooms with 4,
6, 8 or 10 beds per room (plus air conditioning), ranging from $26- 35/night.
They also have a double studio apt starting at $109 that can sleep 2, a private
room for $85 that can sleep 2, and a twin double-bed studio that can sleep 4
people for $139. Bathrooms are shared.

apartments face 7th Ave and they can’t guarantee one in the back
